Includes diagnosing and inspecting problems or concerns as well as potential issues. This service includes inspecting the door and its' balance as well as all the hinges, bearings, and nuts and bolts. Inspection of the garage door opener including its limit travel settings as well as inspecting if the chain or bolt is loose on the motor. This is only a diagnostic service and does not include repair costs or services.
